Shining a spotlight on events at the Belgrade

Posted on 23 March 2016

Over the last month, many of our corporate and individual members have enjoyed a varied selection of invite-only events at the Belgrade, including:

VIP Nights for End of the Rainbow, Children of Killers, Red Snapper and A Raisin in the Sun
Meet & Greet the cast of End of the Rainbow
• Dress rehearsal for Red Snapper
• Fundraising dinner at Packington Hall – in support of our Inspiring the Next Generation campaign

However, it’s not just our own events we host. We also work with external business as an exciting and unique venue for their events throughout the year too. Working in partnership with a wide variety of local, regional and national corporate members and event bookers, enables the Belgrade Theatre to increase vital resources and support, together with building relationships within the communities we serve.

Businesses can support the theatre in many ways, two of which include joining our Directors’ Club and hiring our spaces for conferences and events.
We would like to say thank you to all of our corporate and individual supporters.

Directors’ Club is the Belgrade Theatre’s corporate membership scheme, which enables members use the Club to entertain clients, target new markets, reward staff with discounts on tickets and show their commitment to supporting a local charity.

If you wish to join the Directors’ Club please contact our Development team on 024 7684 6750 or email

Conferencing & Events

Unlike other venues, we don’t just hire you a space to hold an event, we offer a complete event and conferencing package to suit your needs. We have lighting, sound and stage technicians, a set construction company, customer service professionals and box office staff, all ready to make sure your event goes as smoothly as possible. We can cater for as little as 8 people in our range of meetings rooms, to 850 in our Main Stage auditorium.

For more information about hosting an event at the Belgrade Theatre, please contact our Conferencing team on 024 7684 6710 or email

The Belgrade Theatre Trust is a registered charity (number 219163). This means that all the money given, raised or earned is not distributed as profit but kept and reinvested in the work that we do. For more information please speak to a member of staff or visit
