Did you know…we produce an international repertoire of work?

Posted on 15 April 2013

In addition to the touring work that the Belgrade stages, we also produce our very own shows. Our produced work is developed to reflect Coventry’s internationalism and message of Peace and Reconciliation as well as the people of the city.

As such our produced work consists of a mixture of plays that tell Coventry stories and plays from international playwrights.

Sons Without Fathers is the current Belgrade production that forms part of the international repertoire of work. Sons Without Fathers is a brand new version of Chekhov’s rarely performed first play, Platonov and is directed and adapted by Helena Kaut-Howson, the same director that created the Belgrade and Arcola’s acclaimed co-production of Uncle Vanya in 2011.

Sons Without Fathers is running on the B2 Stage until Sat 4 May.
